Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn at the entrance instead. Mohegan Sun would NEVER allow this to happen. Complete disappointment, lack of service. Pillows completely flat, furniture chipped, A/C screeching like a fisher cat all night. No one around to even make my bed, despite me leaving the tag on the door and me being gone from the room for 10-12 hours per day. Had to call for toilet paper and essentials to be replenished.
Room is WILDLY outdated….stayed for 3 nights, not a housekeeper in sight. Finest Punta Cana By The Excellence Collection All InclusiveĪ complete disgrace!
